Distance Sales Agreement

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is entered into electronically between the following parties:

BUYER: The person who places an order via www.cycatelier.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). The Buyer’s contact and delivery information provided during checkout shall be taken as basis.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Website, in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and sale price (including taxes) of the products are as stated in the order summary and invoice sent to the Buyer’s email address.

4. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment: Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation via the integrated payment gateway.
Shipping: Products are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Fees: Free shipping is offered on all orders unless otherwise stated during the checkout process.
Delivery: Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer. The Seller is responsible for the delivery of the product in a sound and complete manner.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)

In accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

Notification: The withdrawal right must be exercised by notifying the Seller via emrecyc2@gmail.com within this period.
Condition of Product: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels attached.
Hygiene Exception: Due to health and hygiene regulations, items such as bedding, towels, and robes cannot be returned if the original packaging has been opened or the product has been used/washed.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Shipping: Unless the product is defective or wrongly sent by the Seller, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected by the Seller, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

The Buyer’s information is protected under our Privacy Policy and the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Payment details are processed securely through encrypted gateways and are not stored by the Seller.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where the Buyer resides or where the Seller is located shall have jurisdiction, up to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.
